Welcome to your beautiful 3 bedroom gem with outdoor dining for 6 and amazing poolside sunsets. Upon entering the front door you will feel ensconced in the lovely and professionally decorated coastal style living room with dramatically high vaulted ceiling and views of your private pool. Pull up to the breakfast bar with granite countertops and stain steel appliances for breakfast or lunch using this fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and 2 coffee makers (of course one is a Keurig).

Have dinner in the dining room off the kitchen overlooking the pool or grill dinner on the lanai poolside using the barbeque. Enjoy the heated pool and then relax reading a book on the comfy lounge chairs. The pool and dining area are 100 percent screened in.

Retire in the evening to one of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, pool view, slider doors to provide private access onto the pool deck. Your en suite bathroom has double sinks, shower, private toilet and large walk in closet with in built-in drawers. The two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with plush queen-sized beds and feature smart televisions for your entertainment and convenience.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the garage has 4 bicycles, plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and pool floats.

Enjoy the community pool with a hot tub located just one short block away.

Lely Resort is home to two fabulous public golf courses which can be booked directly and as well as countless amenities. Access downtown Naples with all its upscale and award winning restaurants and shopping - a mere 15 mins way. Countless beaches are also only a short car ride away from the home. The world famous East Naples Community Park has 65 Pickleball Courts located 7 minutes away. Marco Island with its pristine beaches and beautiful sunsets is a mere 16 minutes away.

Yes, accommodations were fantastic. Amenities in the kitchen were great. Few upgrades would be helpful. Not really enough in the kitchen for cooking.Location is fantastic. House is very clean. Owner is always responsive if anything is needed as well as Shelley fantastic combinations.

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was a very good one. Check in process was very easy and communication from the host was great. Comfortable house in a great neighborhood

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated cozy house with a great pool, Our grandkids stayed with us for five days and had a blast! Bikes and beach equipment in the garage was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Host was great and very easy to reach if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

5 star vacation

Everything about our stay was 5 star! The villa itself had everything a family would need to cook meals, have morning coffee, glass of wine by the pool, beach chairs for the beach, bicycles for riding thru the beautiful community, plus much more. The communication of the owner/property manager was above and beyond. We would definitely stay at this beautiful property again!

Everything was perfect!The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Everything was scrupulously cared for, neat, and clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and pool deck, a bright, well-equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds, and easy access to television and streaming services. We also enjoyed the location, with close proximity to grocery shopping, a gym, good restaurants . and other points of interest here inNaples.Andrew, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He communicated with us frequently before we arrived and gave us an on-the-ground contact, Shelle, who was incredibly painstaking helping to meet our needs. After we arrived, both the owner and his associate checked in with us periodically to be sure we had everything we needed. When we did need something (this was very rare because all of our needs were anticipated) Shelle responded immediately. (One night we ran out of propane, and Shelle offered to drive over immediately if we needed her to!)Overall, this was a great experience. We will certainly hope to rebook the property next winter.

Leisure at Lely

We had a great, restful stay at this house. I said it felt like grandma’s house without a grandma. It was perfectly comfortable, quiet and serene. The landscaping of the resort is beautiful. The people were so friendly to us and our dog. We loved the pool and riding the bikes around the resort. The location is close to downtown Naples and Marco Island. Any manner of shopping and restaurant is available in a five minute drive. Great choice in this area!

Everything we expected and more

Everything that was advertised about the house was accurate. We chose the location because we know the community well and have friends who live nearby. The location was quiet with nice sunsets over the lake. Having access to bikes is a great touch and being able to use the garage was an unexpected surprise (which helped immensely as we had several days of steady rain while there). Communication from the owner was the best I have seen. I would definitely rent this home again.

No Stress Experience in Serenity

Serene neighborhood. Check in was a breeze. Sparkling clean. House is very well stocked with towels, appliances, kitchenware, silverware, feeling at home upon arrival. Very comfortable living room and pool/barbeque area with one-of-a-kind sunset views. Bicycles and beach items fully available as well. Management replies instantly upon any need or request. This was just a perfect and no stress experience, not easy to find nowadays.... Will be back for sure!

Exceptional!!!

Andrew is a wonderful superhost! He went above and beyond to make this vacation very special. Communication is excellent and Shelle the manager is a real gem who immediately responded to any request. House was cozy and very clean! We had all what we needed: loads of towels , full kitchen to cook your meals and a heated pool overlooking the amazing view of the lake. The community pool and Jacuzzi are just a walking distance from the house. Location of the house is amazing 15-20 minutes to Naples beach and Marco Island, 5 minutes to Walmart ,Publix , Burlington, Ross and Walgreens. We are coming back next year for sure!!!

Nice place.

All in all it was a good visit. My concerns couldn’t be addressed immediately so I decided not to call about them since I didn’t feel like trying to find other accommodation at that late date. I was surprised to find the bedroom listed as having two twin beds was actually a den/office with two Murphy beds. I am not sure the person using this room was very comfortable. The area around the outside doors, trim, facings, etc. needed cleaning and/or painting. The property manager was extremely nice and accommodating, responding immediately to a daughters concerns about pool.

Good Morning Donna Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your visit was not as perfect as you had hoped and to Bass Management’s high standards. I apologize for the misunderstanding about the bedroom setup. There are two large high quality murphy beds in the room, as well as a large desk that people use for work. I will make sure in the future to clarify this with future guests. Furthermore, regarding the exterior trim, we have scheduled the repainting of the exterior trim for this fall, ensuring a fresher and more welcoming appearance. And lastly, we're glad to hear that our property manager was extremely nice and accommodating and was able to promptly assist with your daughter's concerns about the pool. Everything was awesome!

Before I even booked, the communication was very fast & thorough, but it didn’t stop there. Communication from both Andrew & Shelle was timely all the way through the check out process.Cleanliness? Have you ever been able to walk with your shoes off in an Airbnb without your feet turning black? I did! It’s seriously that clean! Our bare feet were still clean at the end of the day. Well stocked kitchen? It has everything you need- variety of small appliances, measuring spoons, knife block, plenty of dishes, colander, Pyrex baking dishes, ziplocs, dish soap, & dishwasher pods. You can leave your kitchen supplies at home. The neighborhood is safe & very peaceful, with sidewalks. I felt very safe going for early morning walks by myself. Everyone is friendly. If you prefer a larger pool, there’s a community pool at the end of the cul-de-sac. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went. The chairs are comfy & there’s a nice covered area if you want to work in the shade while kids swim. We enjoyed the relaxed & friendly atmosphere of Naples. I’d definitely try to stay here again. I think we’d all be disappointed if it wasn’t available.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Andrew’s home in Lely Resort. The house is in a quiet, well-kept subdivision with a beautiful community pool just a short walk down the street. Andrew was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. His property manager, Shelle, was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The home quickly became our “home away from home,” and we loved every moment of our stay. We cannot wait to head back to Naples!

Sheri and I are from Chicago and visited Naples with kids in 2000 and fell in the love with the area. We enjoy the beach around Naples Pier because of the convenient facilities (bathrooms, showers and fresh water) and love heading to Marco Island for sunsets and dinners. We purchased a condo in 2022 and this rental property from a premier host in 2023.
