Villa Valmont is a sun-soaked, character-filled home that feels like your own private resort. With a swimming pool, generous outdoor living, elevated sea views, and plenty of space for families or groups, it’s the kind of island retreat where days unfold easily between swims, long lunches, and slow evenings on the deck. Palm Beach is just a short walk away, keeping everything relaxed, convenient, and effortlessly coastal.
The Space:
Villa Valmont is designed for easy, comfortable group stays, with multiple indoor and outdoor zones that let everyone spread out without ever feeling far apart.
The main living area is bright, welcoming, and open plan, with generous seating, a dining area for shared meals, and large windows that make the sea views part of the room. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking or long, lazy island lunches.
Outdoor living is a highlight here. One deck overlooks the sea, a calm spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, while the second deck sits beside the swimming pool, creating a private resort-like hub for relaxing, sunbathing, and spending time together.
Four bedrooms give guests plenty of flexibility, and the home’s layout keeps everyone comfortable whether you’re travelling with kids, extended family, or a group of friends. There are multiple lounges, breakout spaces, and quiet corners for reading, working, or unwinding after a day exploring Waiheke.
Bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1: Split king with king-size mattress
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: King single trundle bed (2 large singles or can convert to a double) + 1 single bed
Bedroom 4: King-size bed + 1 single bed
To heat the pool costs $200. Please advise us at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated.
Guest Access:
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:30 am.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee, depending on bookings before and after your stay.
Guests have full use of the home, swimming pool, decks, outdoor seating areas, and designated parking during their visit.

Villa Valmont sits in a central pocket of the island with fast access to Palm Beach, Oneroa, and Ostend, giving guests the best food, wine, beach, and shopping options all within a few minutes.

Ostend Saturday Farmers Market – Local produce, artisan foods, coffee, fresh baking, crafts — great Saturday morning outing.

Getting Around:
There is easy parking at the property for guests bringing a vehicle.
For those using public transport, buses run regularly from Palm Beach toward Onetangi, stopping near Waiheke’s major wineries, before continuing into Oneroa Village and onward to the passenger ferry. Taxi services operate island-wide but are expensive and limited.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum stays: 7 nights mid-December to mid-January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
Pool heating is available for $200, please request at least 3 days before arrival.
The home uses island rainwater tanks, so mindful water use is appreciated.
