Perched on the cliffs above Hekerua Bay, this beautiful home designed by Fearon Hay, makes the most of the surrounding sea views and provides a perfect place for a holiday on Waiheke Island.

The Space:
This beautiful architectural home provides the perfect place to relax. It truly is perched on the clifftop with stunning uninterrupted sea views. The sea views can be enjoyed from the open plan living area and the master bedroom whilst the outdoor pool and seating area allow you to enjoy the full grandeur of Hekerua Bay. At the back of the house an outdoor fireplace provides warmth for the chillier evenings. The sitting area also has an open fire and the fully equipped designer kitchen is great for those who like cooking, however the house is in close proximity to some of Waiheke's award winning vineyards and restaurants. The house has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms and so can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - king bed, Bedroom 3 - twin beds.

The Neighborhood:
Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants, all of which can be enjoyed just a short drive from Atatu Clifftop.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. To enquire about car hire contact Stay Waiheke.

Other Things to Note:
The property is not suitable for children due to a steep drop to the cliffs below.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
