We appreciate you bringing up the WiFi and hot water concerns, as this is the first time we've heard of these issues. Our team has promptly inspected and confirmed that both the hot water and WiFi are in working order. For the BBQ grills, each block features multiple well-maintained grills in the garden, as stated in the listing. We apologize for any confusion and encourage guests to enjoy this amenity. Moreover, this condo provides access to the pools at the Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, along with pool towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for added convenience.
