We offer beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels, and our home has a great alarm system, parking on property, a safe for your valuables and of course great WiFi and Smart TV's.

**There is a cleaning fee of $240 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.**

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.
