Fantastic Getaway

The property is well maintained, well stocked, and was perfect for our girls weekend getaway to Cabo. All 14 of us had a fantastic time and felt that everything in the house was thought of. Lola and team were incredibly responsive and helpful with planning and booking transportation, excursions,, and the chef. Would 100% return to this villa and work with the team again!

The house is amazing and all the staff were really easy to work with and accommodating. Ivan our concierge was helpful in giving great recommendations on restaurants and setting up excursions. Girls getaway!

We had the best bachelorette weekend with ten of us girls. Our concierge was super helpful throughout the trip, our lovely maid came daily to clean and change towels and make our beds, and they made it so easy to order groceries and set up dinners for the group. We’d love to come back! Not to mention the stunning views from the pool :)

Perla de Law - A true gem

I stayed here for my brother's bachelor party and had an amazing experience. We had a total of nine guys, everyone had their own bed and slept comfortably. We got some of the welcome packages and had multiple chef cooked meals. All of the chef services were over the top and would highly recommend to those who do not want to cook or go in to town to eat. Overall, the trip went very smoothly, thanks to Kimberly from the CaboVillas team. She was the best, very easy to work with, and helped out tremendously with helping plan everything! She had a lot of recommendation, which were all on point. Perla de Law is a place where no matter what the future occasion is, I would 100% stay at again.

Sticky Fingers

While staying at the property we had 3 pieces of jewelry go missing including a wedding band after the cleaning staff visited. Bags were gone through, CASH was STOLEN out of zipped up purse pockets. When we finally were granted the opportunity to meet with the concierge and property manager they were no help at all. One of the housekeepers was not contracted by the property and instead was brought along by another house keeper. We ended up losing about a full day of our vacation dealing with the issue, and the concierge/ property manager still had no resolution. They refused to admit fault when the housekeeper they hired decided to bring someone not contracted to clean the house, tying our hands in retrieving very sentimental jewelry items. We didn't expect to get the cash back, but the property also refused to pay the insurance company for the wedding band. Fortunately, in Cabo beautiful houses are a dime a dozen. I'd go with one without a history of theft.

It was very unfortunate that this happened at Villa Perla de Law. The maid and her team are trusted employees of the owners and have worked at his (4) villas for many years. These houses are heavily occupied by our guests and we have never had a report of a theft from any of the 4 houses where this team works. We have represented the owner’s 4 houses for many years without incident. There is a safe provided in the master bedroom and we always recommend utilizing this amenity. Housekeeping was provided the morning the client reported the items missing; the piece of missing information here is that the client hired their own chef (not our recommended vendor) who also worked at the house on that day. We strongly recommend using our vendors, who we know and trust. Our staff received the report on the evening of the occurrence and because the guests were not available then, they arrived the next day with the property manager who oversees the housekeeping team. We assisted the clients in searching the house for the missing items. After the search did not come up with the items, our staff called the police and a patrol was sent to the villa. After the police questioned the clients and the staff, they informed the guest that she would need to go to the station to complete and receive the report to move the investigation to the next step. The client declined to follow Mexican procedures. We are dismayed to hear about the clients loss and did everything we could to assist. We are confident that this issue will not re-occur but we do strongly recommend leaving valuables in the provided safe and utilizing vendors inside the house that we know and trust. After 35+ years in Cabo, we have created valuable partnerships and are confident that they can assist our clients to the level we require.

Incredible Stay

This property was breathtaking. Every morning, we would wake up with the sounds of the waves crashing in the distance. We spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub! Beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was wonderful. A house cleaner came every morning to tidy up. We were greeted with margaritas, chips, salsa and guacamole on our first day. This was a bachelorette party for my sister and we were blown away by the warmth of the home and hospitality. I'm already planning my 40th birthday celebration at Villa Perla de Law!

The house was AMAZING!!!

Villa Perla de Law was great! The infinity pool was my favorite part of the house. The listing description was extremely accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained when we got there and as we stayed due to the wonderful maids that were provided. Our concierge Angel was awesome. He always took care of any small issues we had and always made sure we had a taxi to take use where ever we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

GORGEOUS, well maintained!

Planning was a breeze with Alex from cabovillas, she helped with everything! Planning transfers, food stock, you also get a local conceriege with the home. We went down for my husbands 40th bday with a close group of friends and everyone thought the house was stunning. We felt extremely safe in Pedegrel. It’s a gated community. A+

Fantastic location! Well kept house.

Giovanni was a fantastic host and local point of contact! He helped arrange restocking, airport transportation, local cabs and even pizza delivery. House and view were awesome. Short walk to the beach on the Pacific side and about a 20 minute walk to town. Only issue was the heater for the hot tub didn't warm the water adequately. Would recommend this house for a family or group of friends.

Absolutely Perfect!

Traveled to Cabo with a group of buddies for a bachelor party... When we travel as a group we always prefer to stay together rather than be isolated in numerous hotel rooms. Villa Perla De Law was the absolute perfect choice for our trip. First of all, the correspondence with the cabovillas staff was super easy, and payments/planning everything was smooth. Ashley at cabovillas was a huge help. The house/appliances/bathrooms/pool etc etc were all in pristine condition. The location is perfect, this (very private) house is just a short drive to all the bars/restaurants. We even walked down one day. The community felt 100% safe, we never had any worries or felt threatened whatsoever. We used the catering services through cabovillas and the food was delicious, and the staff was never a burden and never interrupted us... Everyone in our group would agree that Perla de Law was the perfect choice for us, and wouldnt hesitate to book this villa again in the future.

Villa Perla de Law - Perfection

The villa and the CaboVillas.com staff were outstanding from the beginning and throughout the vacation in Pedregal. Ashley Kennedy, the cabovillas.com agent that aided us from booking to arrival, provided top-of-the-line customer service in every aspect of what you look for when planning a vacation like this. I will say I was hesitant at first to book a villa in Cabo with limited reviews, however Ashley immediately put me at ease. She actually found Perla de Law after the original villa we booked fell through. She guided us through the process and was available to answer any questions we had at all times. I would request asking for her to be your agent when booking through Cabo Villas. Luis, who was our concierge while in Cabo, went above and beyond to make our villa experience top-notch. He was available 24/7 and accommodated to all and any of our needs. Whether it was cabs, ordering pizza, or just general questions, Luis was there. He even hand-delivered water and beer when we under-estimated how much we needed for the weekend. There aren't enough superlatives to describe Luis. Job well done. Oh, and the villa itself was pure paradise. Breathtaking views, awesome pool and spa, and extra spacious. Book Villa Perla de Law with cabovillas.com. Don't think. Do it. You won't regret it. Perfect Predregal Experience

Staying at Villa Perla de Law was amazing in every sense of the word! This was our 1st time staying in Pedregal and Lola made sure it was coordinated just right for all 14 of us to have the most comfortable stay. This place has unobstructed views of the Pacific, an infinity pool, hot tub and the perfect downstairs common area for entertaining guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience all that Pedregal has to offer and get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo. Villa Perla de Law met our expectations in every way possible!!
