Guest comfort and health are very important to us, and we regret that pet hair and bedding issues caused difficulties during your stay. We also apologize for the driveway and snow conditions. After significant storms, we work quickly to make properties accessible, but it’s clear in this case we could have been more thorough, and we’ll review our snow removal process to prevent this in the future.
