Modern Cabin, Gorgeous Views of the Lake, Mountains and Trees

Escape to this beautifully designed and remodeled cabin in Fawnskin, just across the lake from the town of Big Bear. We have consistent 5 Star reviews for 9 years on Airbnb, so we have decided to open up our gorgeous cabin to VRBO as well!
To begin with, this area of Fawnskin is the finest. It is at the top and end of the residential area, with just a house or two before the National Forest begins. It is secluded, safe, and super quiet and tranquil. It is just a beautiful 10-12 minute drive around the lake into the town of Big Bear.
Enjoy a beautifully designed and well-managed, fully updated 2 story, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, retreat with beautiful views of the lake, mountains and trees. Entering the cabin you will be on the top and main floor. The fully stocked kitchen has all you need to cook, just remember to bring anything specific you may require. There is a Bertazzoni stove, oven and microwave. A double door refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water, with a bottom freezer. The dining room table looks out on to the view and is fit for Kings and Queens, with double doors leading out to the upper deck and the amazing views. Also upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed on the main floor off of the living room, with an en-suite bathroom with beautiful countertops, a sink, lots of storage, and jacuzzi tub. The living room is cozy with plenty of seating and a wood burning (gas enhanced) fire place.
Downstairs, you will find a luxurious king bed, and a comfy twin bed that are in THE SAME ROOM. Again, there is an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet. This bedroom leads to the TV room (second living room!) and back yard where you will feel very independent from the upstairs.
Enjoy the cool mountain air with French Doors in most rooms of the house leading out onto the deck or the back yard. Relax in the jetted indoor jacuzzi bathtub after a day of exploring. Other amenities include WiFi, AC, WD. The back yard is fully fenced to let your kids and dogs run free. There is a BBQ in the back driveway that you are welcome to use, only we cannot guarantee the Propane tank will be full as we cannot gauge it when we are not there, but we try!!!. There is a store just down the street where you can buy more Propane should it run out.
The upstairs and downstairs feel private from each other, for couples, or to stow your kids away with the downstairs living area and the TV. Kids and teenagers love this space, and it opens to the back yard as well.
There is a little known local hike behind the cabin we call the Water Tower hike. You will be provided directions, should you want to wander without crowds.

PROPANE FOR BBQ: I cannot always tell if there is any left, so if you want to BBQ, you may need to hop down the street for a refill. But, you are welcome to use any propane that is there,.
DRIVEWAY PLOWING IN SNOW: I will plow each driveway ONCE during your trip, usually right before you get there, so you can easily park. During big snow storms if you need a second plow, I can arrange it, but it will be at your expense. Around $50.00-$75.00 for one or both driveways.
