Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. The building offers great entertainment with billiards (quarters required), ping pong, and foosball in the ground floor game room. Channel your inner pool shark with your friends and family at the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Cyclists rejoice — the property is furnished with a complimentary bike washing station and an indoor storage facility designed to protect your precious cargo. Located 855 yards from the base area, convenient free shuttle pick-up can bring you directly to the base area in winter and historic Crested Butte in the Summer. Enjoy additional property amenities like parking for 2, coin-operated laundry, and wifi in the condo. Please note this is on the third floor of the Three Seasons. There is no elevator, but there is a luggage lift that can be used to send your bags to the third floor.

(NOTE: the communal pool/hot tub may close during the shoulder seasons of April/May and October/November. Please confirm if you are traveling during these dates.)

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. The summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; the winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. Decent location, but cheap beds

This property is generally in good shape; however, the beds are some of the most uncomfortable, and LOUDEST I've ever slept in. Every time anyone moves, they creak. The bedrooms are very small and crammed with furniture and beds (the room with Twin beds had one directly on the radiant heater, a potential fire hazard!). We also lost power for almost 8 hours, which isn't absolutely the end of the world, however the property management company had a very generic voicemail essentially stating they couldn't take any calls and to try later. No cell-phone emergency rollover or number, nothing to indicate they were currently aware (the message indicated the entire town was without power, which was not true) and any ETA. The heaters or thermostats need to be adjusted, sitting at 55-60 degrees we were sweating the first night, to the point that the remainder of the trip we turned them off at night. Additionally the wifi password provided did not work. I went to the management office who provided zero help, just giving me the same password. It was near the end of the day, where they left (at 5PM!) and were not available again until the Monday we left.

Lovely place but…

Beautiful place. Extremely clean and organized. Comfortable and well equipped. But it’s such a shame that the lodge is in bad shape. Old, dingy; and doesn’t smell good. I hope the lodge gets a make over because the suite is excellent in contrast with the rest of the place. And this is the only reason I wouldn’t come back.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and met our needs.

Beautiful Property

The property was clean and well appointed with new appliances. It was also decorated very nicely with comfortable furniture and the location was perfect. Also included were multiple TV's, cable/internet and a Blu-Ray player. With the screen unusable on sliding door, it was hard to cool the property down with no AC available. The switch to blow outside air into the bedrooms blew into the kitchen, however, did not reach the bedrooms. The communication on the check-in paperwork was confusing with door lock codes (inside and outside), parking and room location. A map would be helpful. A more prominent message about no elevator and no AC would have better set our expectations. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others.

Mr crested butte condo

We loved our stay at the 3 seasons. It was clean & comfortably fit my wife, me, our son, & my mother-in-law. The condo sits directly on the town shuttle which made it very easy to get to and from town.
