Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location for staying in one of our favorite places. Easy access to the shuttles (across the street). An elevator and covered entrance made the unloading and loading much easier in the rain. Smaller condo but very clean and perfect for three. Plenty of supplies and everything worked fine.

Very Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo, but did not enjoy the road noise! We did find a fan to use for white noise. Besides this, the Condo was clean and as expected. We had a small issue with the laundry facilities but the property management team resolved it asap!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, and overall it satisfied our needs well. It isn’t over the top, luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable, and a solid base for our trip.A couple of items could use some attention from management to make the experience even better. The cookware, dishes, and silverware are pretty outdated. In particular, the state knives were extremely flimsy and bent easily while trying to use them. a quick update to the kitchen supplies would make a big difference for guest, who like to cook. The parking lot currently lacks painted space lines because of this, guest tend to park quite far apart, which wastes space and made finding a parking spot pretty difficult when coming back at nightAll in all, we were pleased with our stay and appreciate the accommodations. with a few small upgrades. It would be even better.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad the condo was clean, comfortable, and a good home base for your trip. We appreciate the heads-up on the kitchen inventory and will take a look at refreshing some of those items, especially the knives. The parking lot striping is managed by the HOA, but we completely understand how the lack of lines can make parking a little tricky when things fill up. Thanks again for staying with us and for sharing some helpful suggestions!

The views from this fourth floor unit were amazing. The one bedroom unit is small but had plenty of space for my husband and I. We loved the deck off of the living room. The kitchen could use some updating of appliances but everything worked well. The only negative was mold around the bathtub in the tile. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again!

Nice condo but a bit dated

Nice location and exactly as described. Very positive experience. The only negative would be that the furniture is very dated, but given that we spent little time in our rooms, it was not a big deal, Would use again.

Great Mountain Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the convenience of this location for our ski trip. Bus stop is located right by the unit—I’d encourage the property management to include a map (in their helpful check in book) for the different nearby bus stops so it’s easy to locate. Also it’s helpful to know the nearby chair lifts are definitely within walking distance if you don’t want to take the bus to the main lodge. Hot tub was always available! We didn’t use the fireplace but lots of firewood on the patio.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We’re glad the location made your ski trip easy and that you enjoyed the nearby bus stop, walkable lifts, and always-ready hot tub. We really appreciate the suggestion about adding a bus stop map — that’s great feedback and something we’ll take into consideration. Happy to hear you felt well set up for a cozy stay (even if the fireplace didn’t get used this time!). We’d love to host you again on a future Crested Butte trip!

Convenient, clean, and As-advertised

Exactly what we were looking for, we had two adults and an 8-year-old. We took turns on the pull-out couch which was surprisingly comfortable. Appreciated the humidifier (a must have!). Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Large bathroom with great shower pressure. Lobby was updated, parking was easy, walk was short to the lifts. TV could be larger though 😀.
