Located on a quiet street in a beachfront community just off of PCH in the Broad Beach area of Malibu. 0.1 Miles from the Lechuza Beach Access Point (2 min. if you're a slow walker and 1 min. if you're fast). Private driveway with a basketball hoop and surfboard rack. Private entrance away from the street.



Garage curated for fun for all ages! Workout equipment, basketball, ping pong, theater-like seating, candy machine, popcorn machine, bikes, children's wagon, foam boards, and boogie boards!!! So much to do in one space!



Spacious outdoor area with a large grassy yard and dreamy swing on a beautiful aged Oak tree. Also featuring an alfresco dining table near the BBQ, swing chairs, fire pits, and Edison string lights perfect for starry nights under the Malibu sky. Help yourself to organic herbs and seasonal fruits from the garden.



European-style kitchen with high-end Bertazzoni appliances from Italy! Fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, 2 coffee systems, and chef-preferred gadgets for baking and cocktail making. Oval dining table with seating for 6. Outdoor picnic table for alfresco dining.



Living Room with a Midcentury Modern Design. Spacious sofa facing a large flatscreen Smart TV. Beautiful hallway filled with the latest beach artwork that connects all the rooms.



Luxurious Master Bedroom - King Size Bed with hotel-style linens and jute woven accent pillows, cashmere throw blanket, blackout shades, a large performance rug, marble side lamps, and Smart TV. A sliding glass door leads to the backyard patio. Ensuite Master Bathroom features a washer/dryer and shower/tub with lush robes & hotel-style toiletries.

**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy when you stay at the Malibu Beach House. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

Quiet beach neighborhood away from PCH in one of Malibu's most popular beach communities. We value our neighbors therefore we only will host guests who will be respectful to our community. It's a privilege to be able to share the space in this format with travelers and we care deeply about out neighbors wellbeing. This means no loud noises after hours (9pm to 8am), or any inappropriate behavior. Any guests who disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our community will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given.



Getting Around:

Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.



1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.



2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.



5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



7) Day of Arrival:

Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.



8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.



9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.
