As you step through the entry courtyard, an inviting foyer beckons you to explore the upper level of this residence, where you'll find a gourmet kitchen, a spacious dining area, two well-appointed bedrooms, a generously sized en-suite master bedroom with a private terrace and sliding glass doors that seamlessly open onto a full-width ocean-view deck. Descend one level to discover an additional bedroom, a generously sized game room, and a brilliantly lit two-story living room boasting a custom fireplace and expansive windows and glass doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed for exceptional entertaining, the meticulously manicured grounds feature a resort-style salt-water pool and spa, a beach volleyball court, a putting green, a cozy fire pit, a barbecue area, and awe-inspiring sunset views. Guests have access to the whole home. Please note that the garage is off limits, however, their is more than enough parking in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is located off a small quiet road at the end of a cul de sac. Please be aware that the backyard of the house is adjacent to Pacific Coast Highway, so you may experience some traffic noise.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get around as Uber or Lyft might have very limited availability.
Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 10 p.m. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so all activities and noise levels must be respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the hot tub being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check-in.
Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house
- Max occupancy of 8 people must be respected
- No use of the pool area past 10 p.m
- Patio sliding doors must be kept closed after 10 p.m
- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/pet
- Pool Heating available upon request $90/day (Hot tub is included in the stay)
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- $250 fine for smoking indoors
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge per stained sheet/duvet cover
- $35 charge per stained pillow case
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Noncompliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
