Really nice property and responsive Managment. Views from each floor and pool are amazing. A good bit of stairs and a funky layout/flow because it’s built into the hillside, but if that doesn’t bother you then this place is for you.

Incredible stay. The views were amazing, the pool and bedrooms were great places to spend our time. Checking in/out went extremely smooth and communication throughout the stay was fluid.

This is an amazing property! Unbelievable view. Great amenities! Check in was easy, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Malibu! I hope i will have the opportunity to stay here again!!

Pros: Amazing views, comfortable beds, pool table, host’s communication (WiFi was out when we got there and they fixed it quickly), great kitchen with utensils and gadgets, sauna was cool. Cons: Pool was a little dirty with a lot of leaves, Refrigerator and freezer handle were broken and you had to open from the bottom (hosts acknowledged this and apologized). Overall: Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The house was a great size for a family gathering, in a good location, with beautiful views and a pool we really enjoyed. Overall, communication with the host was good, and there is a lot to like about the property, but several issues kept it from living up to expectations, particularly given the price.We stayed during an extreme heat wave, which of course was outside the host’s control, but there were not enough fans to keep most of the house comfortable. The master bedroom and casita were better equipped, but the rest of the house was extremely warm. I requested additional fans from the property manager, but unfortunately they never arrived.Two of the bigger issues were the strong smell of smoke throughout the house and the dishwasher not working. There were also maintenance items needing attention, including the primary bathroom tub, where the hot water ran constantly and the cold-water handle was missing.For a home designed to accommodate a larger group, it was surprisingly under-equipped. The kitchen and dining supplies were quite limited for our party of eight, especially problematic with the dishwasher not working, and there wasn’t a dining table large enough for all of us. Guest rooms also lacked hair dryers.We enjoyed our stay, but at this price point expected the home to be better maintained and equipped for the number of guests it accommodates.
