The location of this property is ideal. The pool was crystal clean. I loved that the property has a fenced in green space complete with shade trees. I really enjoyed the separate entrance and screened porch for this unit.

Fantastic Family get away

This property was perfect for us. We were just two blocks from the pier and near everything that we wanted to go to during that stay. The pool was a plus! Everything was perfect!

Great location. Had a few mishaps, pool was inoperable my entire stay. But still a decent place to stay. Office staff was great.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. This place is perfect for multiple families wanting to stay privately with only 4 units.. NO STAIRS OR ELEVATORS so thats a big 10 rating for me. Its very peaceful and perfect area for any tourist visiting so close to the pier, the beach, food and entertainment.. Thanks for all the hospitality on making our vacation so great.

Great Location, Easy Check-in / Check-Out

Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We enjoy a family weekend at this facility, we even used the pool which was well maintained. We stayed at unit 4 which gave me the option to park in the driveway, very convenient. I would suggest to update some furniture, a bathroom/bathtub upgrade, and deep cleaning of window screens outside in the mini porch. Overall nice stay, I recommend this motel for your next visit to Kure Beach.

Great location. Property was clean but desperately needed the bathroom updated. It’s a 1 person bathroom and fixtures had not been updated in 30 years or so. Property mgmt company needs to give better directions about parking. Kitchen has updated appliances.

Overall it was ok. We’ve stayed there previously before it was managed by a company and it was nice no problems. I will say I knew going in that it’s an older place, but also knew it would be clean. However this trip we had a few issues with the heat/ac not working & rental company did respond & try to take care of it as best as they could. (Rental co-did give me a slight discount of almost one nights stay total).Kitchen could use more pots/pans, I did have to go out & buy one so I could cook, I notified the rental co and they said they would look into it. There was one big pot and 2 small pots, some cooking utensils and some pizza pans as well. TVs also had login issues and we couldn’t watch anything the night we arrived & maintenance had to look at that while they were looking at the heat. The location is within walking distance to both beach & a park which was nice. The home is located in a safe neighborhood & fenced in so if kids wanted to play in yard they could. The shower had good water pressure & linens were clean. Overall it was ok, I personally will not be coming back based off so many issues. I feel like if you’re paying for a rental co to manage your property it should have been ready to go.

This property was so misleading! The odor in this property was unbearable. The bed covers stunk so bad it was impossible to imagine staying there. We actually walked in and literally walked back out. We were unable to receive any of our money back because of having to cancel the same day. The description when you read it sounded like you are staying at a historic welcome, can’t wait to get there but it’s far from it. This place is old and any updates that has been done had been done with left over materials they had laying around from another job. Furniture looked like it came from thrift stores. The price they charge to stay here, you would expect better. Don’t stay here if you want to feel like you are on vacation. I could only think roach or critter motel when I walked in. Highly disappointed!! Screened in sunroom was a joke! Room for one person possibly. I would have rather camped out then to have sleep a night in this placeZero stars!!
