Wonderful place!

The place was exactly as pictured, and the rooms were wonderful - very cozy and relaxed. The neighborhood was beautiful, and we highly recommend it! Thanks for the getaway; we enjoyed every minute of it.

Great Stay!

It was an excellent experience for our pet to have been there. The backyard was absolutely beautiful - perfect for any family gathering. Everything inside was spotless and comfortable, making it a pleasure to stay there again. We had a fantastic time!

Great Family Spot

We had a wonderful time in Melbourne beach and the Villatel home was so great for our family with younger kids. Beautiful home. Game room was a huge hit. Clean and beautiful place. Only feedback is need a coffee maker.

Property was overall very good. Areas to improve kitchen supplies. No measuring cups or spoons, no whisk or hand mixer, spatulas were poor, frying pans were poor. Luckily we are experienced vrbo folks so we brought our own pans. Nice close walk to beach. Need hand rails for elderly to get in and out of pool, no grab bars in master shower for safety. Fan in one bedroom beeped all night and had to turn off. Pac-Man as advertised was broke. Sad kids and adults. No seating in pool room area as advertised in pics. Fridge water filter needed changed. Sink water on right hand side of master bath comes out at a trickle. Cabinet at left side of stove is broke, door and drawer. Easy fix if attentive. Disappointed that you do not recycle. Lots of reusable material going into land fill and I’m a Brevard resident. Extra charge to use grill silly for the price of the property. Never did before and this is our 15 th year doing by owner.

Most responsive property management company I have ever worked with. Every question was answered with 20-30Minutes from pre-check in thru check out. Property was exactly as advertised and location gives access to Inner coastal and ocean which is rare find. House was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for the week.
