House was beautiful, very big, and the private pool aspect was great. Would've been better with a hot tub and another washer and dryer, especially with a house for up to 18 people.Host was very responsive and quick to fix any problems, even after hours. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely stay with this host again.

We attended Rythmic Retreat during our September Fall Break. The check in process was seamless. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the theater room and pool. The husband loved the competitive basketball game!The walk to the beach was short and the clubhouse pool was huge

Fantastic amount of space. Lots of places in the house to hang out. They were very prompt with communication. Super clean. Be aware that they don’t leave extra things left by other travelers, no salt and pepper or coffee filters, no beach items, etc. The grill is not included. As long as you are aware of these things upfront and plan accordingly. Great stay and would recommend!

Clean rooms and nice amenities throughout. The communal pool and hot tub have a great view. Pirate room has solid 6 beds in one room. Kids loved it!!! We will recommend to a group of large families with kids. Heated pool and grill was fantastic. Great job team Villatel !!

Fantastic stay!

This place was fantastic! It was exactly as described and conveniently located close to everything. The bedrooms , kitchen, arcade rooms and pool were nice as shown in the images. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay! Set up perfectly for groups with kids. Any issues were quickly resolved by property management. Excellent customer service!

Post wedding vacation

We stayed here following a family wedding in the Orlando area. The place was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. The house was lovely and spacious. The few times we had to contact the hosts for maintenance, it was very prompt and courteous service, even on a holiday. Would stay here again.

Good sized house for a crowd.Ice maker didn’t work well. Water pressure was really low in one of the upstairs showers and the downstairs bedroom sinks. Gas grill was very soiled and didn’t heat evenly-knobs to control the heat level barely worked. Kitchen lacked some basic items, such as trivets for hot food, enough pots with lids, certain utensils such as a spatula, measuring cups for cooking and measuring spoons. Could not clean the floors except with a broom and dust pan- lots of sand gets into the house despite best efforts.Management was quick to respond to issues and was able to provide assistance when possible. And staff was always pleasant and kind!

Amazing rental

Our entire family met in Melbourne to celebrate a milestone birthday. The pirate room at Rhythmic Retreat was a hit with the kids, as well as the game room. Short walk to the beach and lovely private and community pool. Hosts were great and quick to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Ahoy Mateys!

Kids loved the pirate ship room! The theatre room was as hit! We used the pool morning, moon and night. Home was spacious and close to the beach. We do recommend a privacy fence or hedge on both ends of the pool. A Kuerig coffee maker would have been perfect kitchen addition.

2024 family vacation

Clean. The movie theater and game room was great for the kids. Location was good short walk to beach. Only had one problem pool heater quit working one due to low water level. Had to call twice to get someone out fix it

House was great, parking was a major problem. I read all the instructions told them we woukd having three cars, 2 we knew could be parked outside. I asked if there was a garage. They said yes we should be covered for three cars only to find out the garage was a playroom. They wouldn't issue us another parking pass and told us to find our own offsite parking because the overflow parking was full. That was not the case overflow was empty by 50% the whole time we were there, certain people said they'd help us and didn't. We spent the first two days back back-and-forth, turned out to be quite a headache.We received a schedule of events for six months earlier, and when I asked for an updated when they told us there were no events in that facility. Very confusing.The house is beautiful, we enjoyed our time even if there were a few issues.

Family Trip

The property and the neighborhood were great. The home had everything we wanted. There were a couple of items that could have been better: Parking - Could have been more accommodating. The garage is partially finished and the other is used for storage. With only 2 parking spots, and sleeps 16, there's a lot of car shuffling occurring. A golf cart rental offer might help. Ice Machine - The ice machine didn't work the whole time. Maintenance was called and came out, and promised to bring some ice spice the ice machine didn't work, and never showed back up, so the whole week, in July, in Florida, having to leave every other day to grab more ice. Pool - Pool was slightly green when we arrived, but the sign says the pool should be serviced twice a week. By the end of our week, it still was very dirty, and after calling, and a no show from the pool person, we finally called a 4th time and got them there our last day.The house was amazing and tons of fun for everyone, despite the minor things listed.
