This place is amazing!!! They thought of all the small things-tons of blankets, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen and the location was amazing! The pool was our favorite spot. But the oceanfront views from the deck were so incredibly peaceful. Literally your own beach! The hosts went above and beyond. You need to stay here!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We appreciated the safety features of the completely gated pool area and the door alarms. The house was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils etc that you would ever need. The beach is literally steps away and the viewing deck was enjoyed by all. The beach front is beautiful and very clean. The tennis/pickleball court was perfect for after dinner fun…. there is plenty of outdoor space for all kinds of outdoor games. We particularly appreciated the guest house space for our particular family needs. The house is located conveniently to stores and restaurants and there are several children’s parks nearby. We all can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful time for a family

The home and location were great! We have college kids and they all had a great time. The property manager Zack was very responsive and resolved any concerns right away. Great Vacation

The property was as advertised, having the sports court, pool, hot tub, and beach all right there at the property made our stay with 4 kids 5 & under wonderful. The house was clean and the owner was pleasant to communicate with. Seeing 2 rocket launches from the back yard was a unique experience.

Excellent spot on the beach!

Had a great stay on the beach in Melbourne! The space was very roomy and easily accommodated both my family and my brother's family (each with 2 kids). Great to get up and go for a run along the waves! The poolside grill was great for big dinners and the property is located close to several restaurant options, including a taco truck right across the street for easy lunches. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect family vacation

This property is spectacular. The location makes it easy to walk to some places or close enough to drive a short distance to others. The main house is beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of room to make meals, lounge or even all have supper together at the same table. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The Guest house that was right next to the house offered more privacy for some family members, yet close enough to easily join everything. The pool and spa were a hit. Easy access and safe for smaller children to get in and out of both. The beach was a short walk from the house and was enjoyed by all of us many times each day. Family Gathering

My 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren travelled to meet me for an annual family gathering (12 total). This house was perfect... right on the beach with a pool and tennis/pickleball court... with 5 bedrooms. It was meticulously clean and the common areas were very spacious. There is a huge yard space big enough for badminton or volleyball and lots of parking. It is very close to grocery store, banks, gas stations, small restaurants.

My family had our own resort staying here. Excellent!

Amazing place. Perfect beach. Nice sand. Clean. No big drop offs as you walk out. Always have to be careful with the ocean and little ones but felt pretty safe. Distant surfers were fun to watch. Very private, no crowds, only an occasional walker at shore. Not a lot of shells but nearby beaches for shells if needed. Close to shore. Even saw giant sea turtle. Nice viewing deck. Sat there several nights until 1 or 2am and saw a rocket launch from there. House was amazing. Very roomy. Excellent air conditioning. Roomy kitchen. Plenty of eating area. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Perfect size pool. Nice touch with unique guest house.Nice wash off area behind house to remove sand. Pickleball court was a lot of fun. Trees on one side and pickleball court on other, good separation from neighbors. Good washer dryer. Even on A1A we were really impressed how quiet and insulated everything was. We didn't hear traffic in the house, pool, or deck. The excellent windows kept heat and noise out. Excellent response from owner. One very minor question on pool at it was immediately addressed. Pool was well gated for kids safety. Great floor plan. Could see pool and beach with lots of great window views. Perfect for day trip to Universal/Orlando area. Nice restaurants within reasonable distance. Even Cocoa beach restaurants and Ron Jon's only 20 minutes away. My entire family loved this place. There was something for everyone. We will be back.

Quiet and private retreat

It was perfect for a family vacation!! We fished at night with no lights, which was awesome. We spotted 3 large sea turtles coming on beach to lay eggs and caught 4 sharks. We released all of them, they were fun to catch. The house overall presented a great place to stay for an on beach retreat.

Family Trip "home"

This property is amazing! My husband and I grew up in Indialantic and we brought our grown family and young grandchildren together to enjoy the area and see extended family. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool was perfect! The gates on the pool area and backyard are wonderful especially since we had two one year olds along. The tennis court was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. A wonderful property.

Hidden Gem!

This property, by far, exceeded our expectations. Not only is it directly on the private beach but, is within a short distance to either walk or drive to restaurants and stores. The process was flawless with the owner and VRBO. This property was fully up to date and not "aged" with use. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful! Our family had a great time. Plenty to do for everyone. Lots of towels. Air conditioner worked great pool and hot tub were perfect. The only thing was 2 nights in the middle of the night, the security alarm started going off. It woke up the whole family. I called the property manager and there was no answer. He finally called back and he gave us the code to turn it off. The same thing happened the next night.

Perfect family spot!!!

We hardly left the house because there was so much to do!!!! So nice with lots of space where we could spread out and do our own things when we felt like it. We rented bikes from a shop down the street so it was nice to bike around the area and not take cars out. Kids loved the pool and tennis court. We ended up leaving some nice Lululemon clothes there and they mailed them back to us for free!!! We never thought we would see them again it made my sisters day to get her clothes back. Thank you!
