We're also happy the elevator issue was resolved quickly during your stay, especially since accessibility is so important for many of our guests. We're sorry to hear the neighbors upstairs were a bit heavy-footed during your visit. While we can't always control the occasional sounds of condo living, we understand how that can impact the experience. We agree LeAnn, this is quite the seaside spot in Pointe West, thank you fo noting! We're so glad you had a positive first time condo experience and appreciated the configuration and beachy decor and furnishings. As for the carpet, while fantastic for absorbing sound especially in a condo, sand, salt and humidity present a constant battle. However, we do appreciate the feedback and check it out thoroughly. It seems smoke detectors have a keen way of starting to chirp in the middle of the night - like the laws of physics or something, darn it. We actually do test the smoke detectors and had 2 of our staff members checking the home on the same day as your arrival. However, we have found it often times is the humidity/condensation in our environment that can cause that especially when doors are being opened on the balconies letting in those lovely ocean breezes. Thanks again for choosing this condo for your getaway time!
