Paisley, a cool pool in Hill Country heat is worth bragging about, so I'm glad that one landed. You're right on both counts, though. The primary shower not producing hot water is a real problem, and a plumber has since replaced the mixing valve and rebalanced the water heater for that side of the house. The pool pump is being moved to a timer that shuts it down through the evening, and we're adding a sound enclosure around the equipment pad so the fire pit and patio stay quiet. Come back and enjoy a full evening out there the way it was meant to be. Whenever you are ready for the next trip, 10% off is waiting for you as a returning guest. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Dear Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you encountered issues with the dishwasher and water pressure during your stay. Alejandra, a bedroom where water came up every time you stepped on the floor is not a room we should have handed anyone. That leak is repaired, the flooring in that room has been replaced, and the stained couch is out. The pool and hot tub were the other half of it. Controls are now set up inside the house so you can run the lights and set the temperature yourself, with a printed guide left by the kitchen, no phone calls required. Come back when the weather turns warm and have that pool for a full weekend the way you planned to. There is 10% off your next stay whenever you come back, the same as for all our returning guests. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Nancy, a perfect 10 with no notes still tells us plenty, and we appreciate you taking the minute to leave it. That kind of rating is the best sort of shorthand a host can get. The Hill Country shifts with every season here, so whenever you're ready for another stretch of quiet porch time, the house will be waiting on you. Every guest who comes back to us gets 10% off the return stay, and that includes you. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Michael, a perfect ten with no notes needed, and we appreciate you taking the minute to leave it. That rating tells us the house did its job. Next time you're out this way, the Hill Country evenings on the porch are worth planning around, especially in spring when the wildflowers come up along the back roads. Come see us again. Come back and see us and your next stay is 10% off, as it is for all our returning guests. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Thank you so much for the 5 stars, Kimberly! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon for another relaxing getaway. – Andrea at Cozi Vacation Rentals
