KITCHEN - Well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and Keurig coffeemaker
AMENITIES - Smart TV (guest's need to bring their own login information for apps), WiFi, outdoor seating area

Larkspur
LOCATION - 7 blocks south of Main Street
HOSTS - Home to yourselves, but there are other guesthouses to rent on the property
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people; 1 queen bed in loft area upstairs & 2 single beds in downstairs bedroom
BATH - 1 bath; Downstairs has a walk-in shower & toilet & upstairs has a whirlpool tub
KITCHEN - Kitchenette w/ a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge
AMENITIES - TV, WiFi, front porch with seating, natural gas stove

LOCATION - 7 blocks south of Main Street

KITCHEN - Full Kitchen w/ a Keurig coffeemaker
AMENITIES - Smart TV, WiFi, outdoor seating area, desk (NOTE: The wood burning stove is not for use)

Wisteria
LOCATION - 7 blocks south of Main Street
HOSTS - Home to yourselves, but there are other guesthouses to rent on the property
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people; 1 queen bed in loft area upstairs & 1 double bed in downstairs bedroom
BATH - 1 bath; Downstairs has a walk-in shower & toilet & upstairs has a whirlpool tub
KITCHEN - Kitchenette w/ a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge
AMENITIES - TV, WiFi, front porch with seating, natural gas stove

PETS - YES (Limit 2 dogs in each cabin and we ask that each dog is under 30 lbs)

The homes do accept dogs but we ask that each is 30 lbs or less. In addition, there is an additional pet fee of $22/pet/night (before tax). Furthermore, we ask that you do not allow the dogs on the beds or furniture, properly dispose of their waste, and do not allow them on the furniture or beds. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
