This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, dining space, and living area, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night or big cookouts! The Clover Haus will provide you with the luxury you need to have an unforgettable vacation. After a long day of exploring Fredericksburg, you can enjoy an evening of relaxation in our private pool and spa, or unwind and relax with a glass of wine in our amazing backyard. -Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are serviced and cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays, so you may encounter the pool cleaning company if you have the home reserved during these times.

Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of USD1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to USD1,500. The waiver is USD62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional USD1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
