As you enter the ground level of the house, you are provided with a game room, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The game room offers a foosball table, Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, a seating area with a Queen futon, and access to the covered deck. Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have a Queen bed and a lofted Twin bed.
Mid Level: On the middle level you will find bedrooms #3 and #4, each furnished with a King bed, Smart TVs, and direct access to an ocean-facing deck. Each king bedroom has a private ensuite full bath with an oversized tile shower.
Top Level: The top floor features an open floor plan with a fresh modern style, a half bath, and a furnished deck for stargazing. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
