Perfectly located in the heart of Avon, you are less than 130 yards to beach access, yet convenient to the Avon pier, shopping, and dining —this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath house is perfect for the entire family. The fun does not stop after a day in the sun! Listen to the waves crash from the expansive open decks or take in the spectacular Hatteras Island night sky from the top deck as you soak in the bubbling hot tub.

Ground Level: As you enter the home, you will find 4 cozy bedrooms, each with Smart TVs. Bedroom #1 is a well-sized King bedroom with a private full bath with direct covered deck access. Bedroom #2 is a Queen bedroom with a spacious ensuite full bath with direct covered deck access. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed, and Bedroom #4 is furnished with a bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share the hall bath. The laundry area is located on this level.

Mid-Level: A sun-filled open great room welcomes you with comfortable seating, dining for 8 with extra seating nearby, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal or today's fresh catch. Access to the large sun deck with an 8-person hot tub, great for after-dinner relaxing. A half bath is located off the living area.

Top Level: Queen bedroom with an ensuite full bath and a private balcony with ocean and sound views.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
