Welcome to Seven Mile View Condo #2, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2-story oceanfront condo in West Bay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman.

The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach. The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs.

There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

Accommodation:

This newly renovated ground-floor interior condo  ( January 2023 ) boasts a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, one bath includes a shower and 2nd bathroom includes a shower over a tub.  This 2-story condo has a King-size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen-size bed in the 2nd room.

Please note there is no pull-out sofa in this unit. A foldaway bed can be provided if needed. For adults, it can be set up in the living room. For children, the foldaway bed fits comfortably in the master bedroom’s walk-in closet, which can also serve as a small nursery space.

Fully Equipped:

Seven Mile View has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and inclusions, including a Drip-filter coffee maker, furniture, and new fixtures throughout that are sure to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The large canal-front swimming pool offers a refreshing place to relax, and the private storage lockers and ample parking add convenience for guests.

The 186-foot private boat dock is a fantastic feature for water enthusiasts. Renting private boats, jet skis, and kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals allows guests to explore the beautiful surrounding waters. It's wonderful that they can dock their rented watercraft just steps from their door.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:

Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.

Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper,  paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Inclusions:

Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:

The location of Seven Mile View offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and various water attractions such as the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding.

Unit #1 faces the pool, ocean and has a view of the West Bay dock.

Seven Mile View is well-positioned, so here’s what you’ve got nearby:

Closest Restaurants (Walking Distance):

- Alfresco Restaurant – about 2–3 minutes on foot (literally across the road!)

- Heritage Kitchen – around 8–10 minutes walking (charming local spot by the beach )

- Macabuca & Cracked Conch – about 20–25 minutes walking, or 5 min drive (worth it for sunset + cocktails!)

Other popular options (Driving):

- Coconut Joe’s, Peppers, XQ's, The Wharf – all about 5–10 minutes by car.

- Camana Bay (with lots of restaurants and shops) – also 10 minutes by car.

So basically, if you're staying at Seven Mile View, you can walk to a couple of gems and drive easily to everything else.

Transportation options include:

• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car

• Bus Service: You can catch a local bus just steps from the condo—just wave one down along the main road for an easy ride to town, the beach, or the airport!

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Great Find!

If you are looking for something not in the heart of all the tourists this is the place! Great location to enjoy some R&R without the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to enjoy the great food and shopping offered in Grand Cayman. There was more than enough room for me and my family. Well stocked kitchen, as well as beach chairs, towels, and all the things needed to have a great time.

Perfect spot

Beautiful property with great views. Location is great for someone that wats to be a little off the beaten track of 7mile beach. Great grocery shore a short distance from the property. Condo had everything you need so you only had to buy what food and drink you wanted.

Great Location - Feels Exclusive!

This condo complex is wonderful. Even with other visitors in the adjoining condos, you feel like you have your own place on the ocean. The infinity pool and patio are a wonderful place to spend the afternoon. The Condo itself is very quiet and clean. The management company is ultra responsive and handle requests immediately. The facility was clean and secure. Would definilty stay here again.

Great location and stay!

My friend and I stayed here for a week. It was easy to find, clean, great location, and beautiful! Our contact person Melinda was very easy to get a hold of as well. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Water pressure in showers was wonderful, and beds were very comfy too. We would definitely come back to stay! Thanks Don!

Great spot and alternative to 7 mile resorts

Nice stay. Excellent views and a well appointed unit. Would definitely return. I think it is important to emphasize that a car is very necessary for this location. It is close to everything 7 mile but not really walkable to grocery etc. the property management people and process are excellent.

Beautiful resort very comfortable unit unit very close in space for outside due to the number of units although not a whole lot of units they are very close together in all share the same pool, etc. also, there is no real swimming where you are you have to Access Beaches by driving or walking. Resort staff that cleaned and maintains different things outside were excellent there was people coming to look after the pool leaves anything you think to keep the units outside wonderful

Great location, spacious and convenient

We were visiting friends in West Bay and this unit was definitely ideal if you have a car and would prefer to stay a little bit away from the touristy areas but still have access. The property was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was clean including the pool and outside areas! We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and appreciated the access to a grill and close grocery. After a snorkeling trip, we even tried our luck right off the condo’s ocean access and saw some baracuda and tarpon. We would definitely stay here again. Our only minor complaints would be A) that for a unit with a clearly gourmet kitchen, the available utensils/pots/pans did not align. B) Getting out of the parking lot onto Point road is a bit scary given the poor visibility with the wall right up to the roadside. C) Would have appreciated a cooler in the pool. With the high temps, the pool water was a bit warm in the evenings. The property manager could contacts were also very nice; We would definitely stay here again for future dive trips!

It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and great to hear you enjoyed your stay and Cayman's fabulous underwater life. Thanks also very much for your suggestions. The unit was fully stocked for all kitchen equipment, so we'll make sure the property manager addresses this. A large fisheye mirror has been ordered and will be installed at the driveway entrance. This will allow those exiting with a clear view of traffic from any blind side. We'd be delighted to have you return anytime, and thanks again for choosing us!
