The Space:

This spacious bi-level home has plenty to offer for the whole crew! 2 queen bedrooms (one with an attached full bathroom), a bedroom with 2 bunks and two twin cots, and bunk bed in the finished basement all provide plenty of places for guests to sleep in comfort. You will find a kitchen equipped with all the basic essentials for everyday cooking, and a second full bathroom the main level. The spacious basement offers plenty of room for activities as well as a giant couch and TV, an upright piano, laundry facilities, and the previously-mentioned bunk bed.

Outside you will find a deck just off the kitchen, as well as a backyard deck overlooking the woods. Enjoy this semi-secluded property with the whole family!



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

This house is only 4.7 miles from the popular Ark Encounter attraction and 9 miles fro Williamstown Lake. Easy drive to all the local attractions, activities, and dining options!



Getting Around:

Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting.
