This cozy home offers plenty of space for your family to spread out, including a private heated pool and backyard - Noting Pool Heating is an additional fee.

In the front of the home, the little ones will retreat to the twin/twin bedroom, as well as a small smart TV for catching your favorite show or movie at the end of the night. This bedroom also offers a ceiling fan for additional comfort and shares a bathroom with the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has a wall-mounted 55-inch smart TV as well as a ceiling fan for additional comfort. The shared bathroom has a bath/shower combo. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This property does not have any access to the Club House in West Haven
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
