Situated in the prestigious and gated community of Las Sendas Golf Colony, this 4 BR, 3.5 BA home is located on the 8th hole of the Las Sendas Golf Course. The private and exciting resort amenities include a 6 foot deep Pebble Tec salt water pool with optional heat and a separate spa. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.
A built-in gas grill for barbecuing your favorite cuisine will delight your outdoor chef. Stay toasty warm on cool evenings snuggled in front of the kiva fireplace. Relax on the comfy chaise loungers under an umbrella or on the covered patio. Wine and dine alfresco on the roof top patio with stellar views of Red Mountain, Camelback Mountain and the Phoenix Valley. Cheers to good living in warm Arizona where 300+ days are sunny.

Our rustic-chic home has an open floor plan that is well appointed throughout with a southwestern inspired decor. The great room includes a comfortable sitting area with new reclining furniture for watching the TV. Vaulted ceilings and large glass doors that fold create an indoor-outdoor flow. Wifi is complimentary.
The contemporary kitchen features high end appliances, a double oven and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Granite counter and island space is generous and the kitchen is fully stocked with the culinary tools you need to prepare and serve home cooked meals. There is counter seating for 2. A dining table seats 8 and has bay windows that yield an appreciative view of the backyard paradise.

The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs. The elegant primary suite has a king bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet and cozy sitting area that overlooks the pool deck. A desk with a computer and printer is the ideal space for your remote work. The primary en suite bath features a jetted garden tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. A powder room for visitors is located in the same hallway as the primary suite.
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and a TV, and uses either Bathroom 2 or 3. The shelves in Bedroom 2 include toys and games for inside entertainment. Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 have en suite baths and walk-in closets. Bedroom 3 features a king bed and ceiling fan; the en suite bathroom has a tub-shower combo and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and ceiling fan; en suite Bathroom 3 contains a single vanity and walk-in shower. There is direct access to the pool from a door in Bathroom 3.
A hair dryer and soap are stocked. Highchairs and Pack N' Plays are available to rent.
The dedicated laundry room has a washer/dryer set plus a second fridge for your overflow food and beverages. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the attached garage. Two bikes are provided for touring the community and beyond.

Our family friendly home in a peaceful and upscale neighborhood is a short distance from golf courses, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, Mesa Market Place Swap Meet, water activities on the Salt River plus hiking and biking trails of all levels. Multicultural eateries and retail outlets are a quick commute from the neighborhood. The modern highway system quickly delivers you to Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Phoenix and other exciting cities and attractions.
The community is a fabulous getaway for the whole family! Community amenities include basketball and volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking, biking trails and equestrian trails. The community fitness club offers spa services.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
