Welcome to ACE in the HOLE, our 4 BR, 2 BA, single story home on an East Mesa cul de sac. The large backyard is an oasis of resort amenities that include a pool with optional heat, an above ground hot tub, a covered patio with a TV, a built-in BBQ with bar seating, a putting green and a propane fire pit. Enjoy invigorating and year round splashes in the heated pool and spa. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.
Warm up your shots on the putting green before heading to the local public courses. On a cool evening gather with loved ones in front of the propane fire pit to warm your toes and heart. Dine al fresco style on the covered patio and watch your team win their game on the outdoor TV. Your outdoor chef will like serving BBQ specialties from the built-in grill at the outdoor bar.
Exciting indoor amenities include a living room with a TV and pool table. The modern kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. There is bar seating in the kitchen and a large dining area with table seating for 10. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and closet space. The primary suite has a king bed, TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 has a king bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 XL twin beds. Bedroom 4 has triple bunk beds, is set up to watch movies plus has arcade games, a poker table and a work table for remote work. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are included.
A door in Bedroom 4 accesses the laundry room complete with a washer, dryer and laundry detergent. You can pack less and use our laundry room to keep your wardrobe ready for every adventure. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

This home is centrally located in East Mesa and within walking distance of community parks such as Summit Park which is a 6 acre park with lighted basketball and sand volleyball courts. The park also features a playground and first come, first serve shaded picnic shelters.
Mesa is golf dense with public golf courses in all directions. Hikers, bikers and equestrians will enjoy the extensive trail systems that include all levels of difficulty. Water sports, museums, art galleries, music venues, restaurants and unique shopping boutiques are a short commute from the neighborhood.
Favorite attractions include the Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, Usery Mountain Regional Park, the Salt River in the Tonto National Forest and Mesa Market Place Swap Meet. Tempe Town Lake, the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale are easy to access on our modern highway system.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 9 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of nine (9).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.
