Awesome location!

Loved this location! We felt very safe in this neighborhood and the HOA pool was a hit with my daughters. House was so nice, felt like home away from home. Hostess was amazing and answered all of our questions! Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for! Comfy, cozy, & welcoming!

We were looking for a nice clean 1BR home for our get-away and this was perfect! Nice backyard with firepit and porch swing. Amanda, the host was absolutely wonderful, and her home was very clean, warm and welcoming, exactly as the pics show! It was close to everything, and anytime we had a question, Amanda was just a text away! We would definitely stay here again, and the price was great, too!!.

Perfect birthday getaway

Amanda is a fantastic host and this property has all the comforts of home. Amanda is great with communication, fast to respond to questions and has abundance of ideas for exploring around the city. Whether you want suggestions for food, recreation or local sites, she has it all. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a walking path and has access to a community pool and hot tub. It was everything we wanted!

Great Stay!!

Amanda was an amazing host!! She was great with communicating, she even gave me her personal cell number. The house was out of water and trash bags, they we're bdelivered quickly. The house was so cute and cozy, the decor was on point. It was just perfect for what we needed for our week long stay. If I'm ever in Mesa again, I'll definitely look for her place again. I highly recommend her VRBO.

Started bad, but got better

When we arrived at property, the home was filthy. After my wife cleaned the home so that it was livable, we contacted Amanda and told her the cleaning crew obviously did not clean the unit. She said she would hire a different cleaning group and have them come the following day, but we told her the home was now OK after my wife's cleaning. She then told us she would refund our cleaning fee and the rest of our stay was fine.

As always, if any issues arise, we look for the most efficient way resolve it. We apologize that the level of cleanliness didn’t meet our own high standards. We are grateful that you reached out to us during your stay, so we were able to resolve the issue right away. Once you contacted us, we were happy to help! On 2/5 (check in day) you reached out after 9pm regarding the cleanliness of the home. I apologized and (since it was past 9pm) offered to have a different housekeeper at the home first thing in the morning. I asked if that would suffice or if we could resolve the issue another way. You declined my offer for a housekeeper. I thanked you for bringing this to my attention. I reiterated that providing you with a 5-star experience is particularly important to us and told you to reach out at anytime if you needed anything during your stay. On 2/7 you messaged me again regarding the cleanliness of the home. I offered to have a different housekeeper come out that day and offered to refund the cleaning fee. You refused the housekeeper again but accepted a refund for the cleaning fee -- which we refunded promptly upon check out. Because of you & your feedback we were able to address the issue quickly. We promptly replaced our housekeeper. Our new cleaning company has exceedingly high standard’s, they are very attentive and pay attention to every detail. We have also created a housekeeping checklist, so nothing is missed! We were also thrilled to accommodate you and your wife with a new drip coffee pot & fresh coffee for your stay. We love having both in the home to accommodate guests who have a preference between drip coffee and a Keurig! We hope it made your stay a bit more relaxing! A work in progress

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clearly still in the remodel phase. For example the cabinet door knobs were off in the kitchen for painting. But I feel like the pricing was fair. The only annoying thing was the master bathroom sinks are actually in the bedroom, so it was disturbing to my wife when I would get up to use the bathroom. The back yard is large and the location was good for us. There are good restaurants and food shopping close by. There is also a playground and pools not far away.

Does not meet the quality of the VRBO standard

I am leaving this review because we rely heavily on the reviews when making a choice for a VRBO. We have stayed in many different VRBO through the years, especially in the Mesa area. I have never left a bad review before. This was the most disappointing experience to date. This property is not well kept. As we drove up to the house we noticed the paint is chipping and is faded, it is in a nice neighborhood but this house might be the worst house in the neighborhood. There was garbage outside by the front door, not a good first impression. As we settled in we noticed the poor workmanship throughout the property. Paint job, that was sloppily done in multiple rooms. The bathroom vanity in the master is really bad shape. The kitchen cabinets had been painted but did not fill the holes in where the hardware was left off. The master shower is really low. The master bed, the sheets kept popping off if you rolled over they came loose. The most frustrating thing was in the master there is no where to put your clothes, no closet. There was a dresser but some of the drawers had stuff in them already. It was not adequate space for my husband and I to both put our things away. There was a washer and dryer available to use in the garage. The garage is full of junk! I did not feel comfortable going in there. Another negative was the house temp. was set to 75 we are not able to set the temperature and had requested it be turned down to 72. It was turned down for one day and went right back up to 74. Being from Washington and not used to the heat, it was uncomfortably warm. Some positives were, a case of water was left for our use. The kitchen is well stocked. Amanda was pleasant in her communications. We enjoyed the community pool. The house is in a nice neighborhood and a good location.I hope this feedback helps in choosing your VRBO stay.

Great Mesa Home Away from Home

Thank you for making our getaway so sweet! It was as if we stayed at a friend's home who was away for the weekend --- it is just that welcoming! From the cool and plentifuldrinks awaiting us upon arrival, the beautiful decor, awesome shower head (!), to the neighbors who were so friendly when we walked to the playground...you really make it hard to leave. The proximity to so many area attractions was very convenient. We look forward to staying again.

Nice house, got locked out

House was nice, kitchen was very well stocked. First few days went well, but then the door code got changed, we were locked out of house with most of our stuff inside. Property manager was unresponsive. VBRO had me on hold for multiple hours without help. After about 4 hours house was unlocked. We retrieved our stuff and last night was refunded. Missed half a day of vacation and some reservations we had.
