Featuring a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, outdoor decks with great views of the forest, a hot tub, fire pit, and more, this house is sure to be a hit. All of this is just minutes from town, while still feeling like you are off in the woods.

This house is part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickel and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms. If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.

Here are some highlights of the property itself that we know you'll love:

** Located right on the Angel Fire trail system - at the back of the property you'll find the Bear Trail, one of many that meander through Angel Fire's beautiful system of protected green belts and wooded areas. Great for hikes, strolls, and observing the abundant wildlife that lives in the area.

** This home offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience, nestled among the trees, but just minutes from town. The ski lift is only 2.5 miles away, and the country club—featuring golf, tennis, a restaurant, a playground, and more—is just 2 miles down the road. In the summer, enjoy boating at Monte Verde Lake, only 3 miles away. Plus, the grocery store is just a quick 2-mile drive for all your essentials.

** The house comfortably sleeps 11 across 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for 2-3 families traveling together or one larger group. The bedrooms include a main suite on the upper floor with a King bed and attached bathroom, as well as a twin bed in the upper loft space. On the main floor, are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two Queens, and a set of Twin bunk beds. There are also two bathrooms on the main floor, one full, and one half.

** Get away from the big city and relax in the mountains. Have your morning coffee or evening beverage on one of the wrap-around decks, cozy up inside and play cards by the fireplace, or soak your tired muscles in the hot tub. It's all here waiting for you.

** The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils you need, as well as paper towels, napkins, spices, olive oil, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. All you need to buy is the food! We also have a laundry room with detergent provided for the washer, just in case your mountain adventures get messy!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS:
The top floor features the main suite with a king bed, an attached bathroom, ample closet space, a smart TV, and a desk ideal for remote work. Just outside the suite is a cozy sleeping loft with a twin bed.

On the main floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds. This floor also includes a full bathroom and a half bath. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap.

LIVING AREAS:
Your group will enjoy spreading out in this cozy but spacious house. The main floor has a living room with comfy sofas and a wood-burning fireplace. On the upper floor, there is a loft sitting area with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play games, watch videos, etc.

KITCHEN/DINING
Creating and eating meals together is another great way to create great family memories and this home provides everything you need. Our kitchen features stainless appliances, a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers (regular and Keurig), blender, griddle, and crockpot. All plates, glassware, baking/cookware, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. In addition, we have a cabinet with olive oil, flour, sugar, and spices to get you started. On the outdoor deck, there is a gas grill and outdoor dining table, great for the warmer months.

For dining inside, there is a dining room table with seats for 6 and a counter with bar stools that seat 4.

ENTERTAINMENT OUTDOORS:
Outside, we strive to provide the setting for fun family memories. Relax outside on our deck – great in the summertime, having coffee in the morning or happy hour in the afternoon. Enjoy the sounds of nature while the kids play in the yard in the cool summer temperatures. Make s'mores and tell stories around a campfire in our firepit! Soak in the hot tub! There's a gas grill on the deck as well for grilling in summer or winter. In the winter, our yard is perfect for snowmen and snowball fights.

ENTERTAINMENT INDOORS:
When you're done enjoying outdoor fun, come inside and relax indoors. There are Smart TVs in the upstairs loft, main suite, and lower level king bedroom, as well as the main living area. The house has high-speed internet and wifi throughout for all of your devices.

ENTRYWAY/LAUNDRY
Enter the house through the front door with our keyless lock. Inside the entry, there's a large hall closet for coats and rubber mats for boots. Our laundry room is spacious with a washer and clothes dryer and space to lay out wet clothes on top. To help you out, we provide detergent and dryer sheets.

PARKING:
The garages at the house are not available for renters to use. However, the large driveway in front of the garages and the large flat circular driveway provide ample space for several vehicles.

Note: for your protection and ours, we have security cameras that monitor the exterior entry points at the front and rear of the house.
