This house is part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickle and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms. If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.

**Plenty of space for two or even three families—this home sleeps 12 comfortably with a unique layout that includes both a main house and a guesthouse. The main house has three bedrooms (two kings and a queen), while the guesthouse features an open layout with three queen beds, its own living area, bathroom, and kitchenette.

**Escape the city’s hustle and bustle and relax here. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the deck, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, cook up a meal, or gather around the dining table for cards and conversation. Everything you need is right here.

**The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms come with towels, linens, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryers. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, olive oil, and cleaning supplies—just bring your groceries! Plus, there’s a washer and dryer with detergent ready for any mountain messes.

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS:
The home spans two floors plus a guest house above the garage. Upstairs in the main house is the primary suite with a king bed, private bath, balcony, smart TV, and a desk for any mountain work. There’s also a small loft with a laptop-friendly workspace. On the main floor, you’ll find two bedrooms—a king and a queen—and a full bathroom with tub/shower.
The guest house has its own living room, laundry, kitchenette, and full bath. It sleeps six with three queen beds in an open layout, perfect for a separate family or a big group of kids.

All bathrooms have heat lamps to warm you on chilly mountain days. Bedrooms and baths come stocked with pillows, linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and hand soap.

LIVING AREAS:
This spacious home offers plenty of cozy spots to relax. Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace in the main living room, unwind in the upstairs loft, challenge someone to foosball, or enjoy a movie night in the guest house living room. The unique layout lets everyone spread out or come together—perfect for families or groups with older kids who want their own space.

KITCHEN/DINING
Making great memories often happens around the table, and our kitchen is ready to help. It’s fully stocked with stainless steel appliances—including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and both regular and Keurig coffee makers. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need, plus a starter supply of olive oil, flour, sugar, and spices.

Inside, you can choose from several dining spots: a table for 8, a breakfast bar with 3 stools, and a round table for 4 in the main living area. The guest house has its own round table for 4, plus outside you’ll find two more tables, each seating 4—perfect for groups big or small.

ENTERTAINMENT OUTDOORS:
Outside is a great spot for family fun and memories. Sip your morning coffee or evening happy hour on the deck while the kids explore the woods and playhouse in warmer months. In winter, the yard becomes a snowy playground perfect for snowmen and snowball fights. Plus, the home sits just off Deer Trail, connecting you to Angel Fire’s forest trails—ideal for spotting local wildlife.

ENTERTAINMENT INDOORS:
After a day in the mountains, cozy up together in the main living room with the crackling fireplace and SmartTV, or play cards at the dining table. Need some quiet? Head upstairs to the loft for reading or catch up on emails at the laptop-friendly desk. If you’re lucky enough to have the primary suite, relax with your own SmartTV.

Don’t forget the guest house—challenge someone to foosball or enjoy movies, shows, or the big game on its SmartTV.

ENTRYWAY/LAUNDRY:
Enter through the front door with our convenient smart locks—no keys needed! Inside, there’s a large coat closet and rubber mats for boots.
Both the main house and guest house have laundry machines ready for you, with detergent and dryer sheets included.

PARKING:
Available for your use is a 3 car garage as well as a large driveway with ample space for parking several vehicles.
