Excellent location and responsiveness

Everything was great. Room for everyone (we were 6 adults and 2 teens). Well equipped and perfectly located just steps from the slopes!The only drawback is that you have to take your garbage with you and drive to the end of town to get rid of it. With eight grown up people and four days stay, we had a lot of garbage to get rid off!

Great spacious condo close to slopes!

We had such a great stay at this condo. We have 4 boys ranging from 7 to 14 and they all loved it! You can see the Chili Express from the living room window and at night it's neat to be able to see the night skiers coming down! The host was responsive and very nice. About 30 feet from the front door of the condo are steps leading down to the ski school and chili express. The garage was also a nice bonus. I highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family...or more!

Such a great location! Especially with kids who are signed up for ski school or day care! We loved not having to go far for most of what we needed! Will definitely be coming back again!

Perfect place by the slopes!

We had a great time and it was perfect for our group of 9. We have a mix of 2 families with adults, kids and teens. It’s a very close walk to the slopes. Was great to come home for lunch break. Everything was amazing and we would recommend staying here.2 things to know -the middle bedroom is just an open loft which works fine for a teen but no doors and have to pass through there to get to upstairs bedroom or to get to downstairs kitchen so no privacy. 2nd thing- Since you are soooo close to the slopes you can hear the snowcat beeping a lot of the night so make sure to have earplugs especially if in the bottom bedroom

Great place and super close to the slopes.

Wonderful place that had everything we needed to enjoy our mini ski vacation. A bit cozier then expected but easily accommodated the five adults and our five year old son. The owners were also very responsive to your questions and needs leading up to our stay and throughout. One minor issue with the downstairs bed support but once the owner was made of aware of it she quickly had it fixed. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Christmas trip!

We really enjoyed our stay in Angel Fire! The house had everything we needed. Our family of 6 (kids are 15-21) had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Loved that it was all decorated for Christmas! As others have noted, parking is tight up there, but we loved the view of the slopes and the ability to just walk over to ski. Coming from Texas, the elevation caught us off guard, next time we're bringing some bottled oxygen lol! Patty is quick to respond to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Would stay again!

Great Ski Location!

My family of 6 (four adults and two children) really enjoyed our time in this rental. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals each evening. There were TV's in every bedroom and living space of the home so everyone could find a spot to relax and unwind. There were only a few negatives to this home. There were LOTS of stairs. This home is spread out over 6 levels. You come in on one level at the front door/garage. From there you can either go down a flight of stairs to a bottom level bedroom/bathroom and laundry area or up to the living area. You must go up from the living area to the kitchen and another bathroom. From there , there is a loft area up another set of stairs that is open to the living area with a bed and a TV. Hard to use this space for sleeping if someone is in the living area watching TV etc., but we made it work. Finally, there is a bedroom up a final flight of stairs with its own bathroom. The top floor bedroom has a king and a twin bed and a very small, dimly lit bathroom. This bathroom does have a skylight and that makes it great during the day, but it is hard to shower or anything else at night as there is no light in the "Jacuzzi" tub/shower. It makes for a very dark corner. Overall, we enjoyed the proximity to the slopes as this home looks over the main lift area for Angel Fire. My MIL and SIL sat on the balcony and watched my children ski down the slopes and could wave to them and be seen. As far as ski in/ski out, not really. It is a short walk down a steep hill to the ski area and we rented ski storage at the ski area to leave our equipment so that we would not have to carry it up/down each day. Still, you could not beat the location and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Right next to the lift!!!!

The condo was in a great location next to the lift! Plenty of room for a family of 8! Condo was well equipped, had a nice fire place, and the washer and dryer was nice since we have young children. Communication with the owner Patty was very quick and easy. You won’t be disappointed booking this property!

A Very Merry Christmas!

A great stay! Perfect location for very short walk to lift. Accommodations were excellent and Patty was very helpful. Cozy place decorated nicely and overlooking the slopes. Couldn't have been better.

Angel Fire Family Ski Trip

The property was clean, cozy and the owner communicated wonderfully. It really is as close to the lifts as is depicted in the listing! We were able to ski, walk back to the condo for a quick lunch and get right back out to slopes. Great property and location!

Great location with a great view of the slopes!

Clean, location was great and convenient, the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again! Only downside was that the king mattress in master and twin mattress in loft were very hard and not super comfortable.

This is one our first properties. Our daughter, an attorney, went to summer school in the area and taught us how to appreciate this unique part of the world. Come and feel the enchantment in the mountains, lakes and streams of New Mexico. You will be called back again and again!!

Standing/sitting on the balcony among the pine trees feeling the breeze and taking in the awesome view of the mountains, including the tallest mountain in NM, Mt Wheeler. There's also a great view of the skiers and bikers coming down the slopes.
Skiing/biking is only a brief walk away with easy access to the lodge/lifts/shops. No need for a shuttle and the condo is so close that you can return for lunch before continuing afternoon skiing or biking!!

The condo itself is very quiet but if you want action, there are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance or short drives.
