This cozy second-floor spot is the best unit in Coastal Breeze with its private balcony where you can soak in amazing views of the calm Little Sarasota Bay. Picture yourself enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while watching fish, manatees and dolphins play in the water or winding down with a cocktail at sunset as you take in the beautiful scenery of the intercoastal.

Relax in your peaceful oasis at Pelican, conveniently located a short walk to Turtle beach, a couple of great restaurants, and a trolley stop that gives you complimentary transportation to explore all that Siesta Key has to offer.

- Ophelia’s on the Bay: Fine dining two doors away for a romantic, must-try experience.
- Turtle Beach Grill and Turtles Café: two casual restaurants for easy, outdoor dining.
- FREE Trolley: 3-minute walk to a Sea Breeze trolley stop which can take you to other Siesta Key beaches or Siesta Key Village where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping.
- Boat and kayak rentals are available at the Marina just a short walk away. **See Below ** for more information about the Xplorie package included with your Coastal Breeze rental which provides one free ticket/per day/per unit for a variety of local attractions and activities.
- The city of Sarasota is less than 10 miles away from Coastal Breeze. Highlights of this city include a bustling downtown, world-renowned Marie Selby Botanical Gardens (right on the Bay) and access to the FREE Bay Runner trolley that can take you from downtown to St. Armands Circle – another shopping and artsy area on Lido Key.

- To enhance your vacation experience, renters at Coastal Breeze will receive an Activities Xplorie pass which includes one FREE admission per day to a variety of local activities (one activity for one person/per day/per unit is included). A sampling of the activities includes: kayak rentals, dolphin cruises, admission to the Ringling Museum of Art and more! You can even use your Xplorie pass for roundtrip transportation to Sarasota (SRQ) or Tampa (TPA) airports for up to three passengers. Transportation to/from airports needs to be arranged ahead of your arrival, and you are responsible for tipping the driver. Please note: Xplorie benefits are available for stays of less than 25 days.

Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
