Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.

Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

This property was perfect! It was clean, quiet and spacious. We loved having our coffee on the linai overlooking the pond. The kitchen has all of things you could possibly need. The community has two great pools and it was only a short walk to the beach. Mary is a great host. She responded immediately to all of our questions.

We are so happy we booked this property for our vacation. So quiet community, a lot of birds, turtles, clean pools. As a bonus private beach. Condo was clean, has extra blankets, pillows, all kitchen things needed for cooking. Mary was always on to help with any questions.

Mary is an amazing host. Her property is in a fabulous location. Close to the private beach access. We absolutely loved being on the Bay side. We enjoyed sitting on the dock at night. Gorgeous views. Mary's unit is spotless. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs and wagon was a great amenity for our beach days. Mary is always available to take our questions. We will definitely stay at Mary's on our next visit to Siesta Key!

Wonderful Condo

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It is a beautiful, well supplied unit with a nice backyard view. Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of beach necessities in the garage including a beach wagon for hauling them over the short walk to the beach. By this condo having private beach access it was not crowded and the white sand was cool under your feet. The owner, Mary, was excellent to work with and responded to every question promptly. Our stay was very relaxing and cannot wait to come back. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo, you will not be sorry!

Me and my two kids LOVED this condo and the condo property! Mary’s place was immaculate and so comfortable. There was an abundance of towels and supplies. The patio was so peaceful and the cross breeze was a dream. We were a 2 minute walk to the pool which was so clean and perfect temperature. We made memories that we can never forget here and will be back!

My name is Mary, the owner of this unit. My husband, two girls, and I have had the opportunity to come down to Siesta Key over the last couple of years. I fell in love with the area, the people, and of course the beautiful sandy white beaches and sunset. I take pride in managing the unit myself to make sure this home is comfortable, clean, and cozy for my family, friends, and future guest coming to visit.

This is a second home for me so I treat this home just like I would my primary residence. I feel fortunate to spend time here with my family and find joy in renting this home to give other families the opportunities to make wonderful memories too.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I love the property for many reasons. The main one is the proximity to all the private beaches across the street!!! I especially LOVE the family feel of this neighborhood. My girls can ride bikes in the neighborhood or village, fish in the bay, play with other kids on vacation or swim in either of the two heated pools.

My husband and I love the close proximity to the Village, shopping, grocery stores, and wonderful seafood restaurants that are only minutes away.

The patio is fully glass-enclosed so even in the middle of summer, I can sit outside and enjoy the view without being too hot - or too cold in the winter. It has a full kitchen that allows me to provide home cook meals for my family while we are here.
