The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom villa is located just steps from Grace Bay Beach, boasts a wraparound deck with breathtaking ocean view sunsets and is just a short drive to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

The two-story space boasts ample natural light and wide open spaces perfect for hosting family gatherings, dinner parties, and groups who want to spend quality time together in a private, lush landscape whilst still close to all the amenities of Grace Bay.

The ground floor houses two of the villa's three bedrooms, an office space with a chaise lounge sleeper, a living room with a sofa bed and large flat-screen tv and a spiral staircase that leads up to the second floor. The first bedroom has two single beds, charming built-in shelving, a dedicated split air conditioning unit and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a dedicated split air conditioning unit. The ground-floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor patio looks out onto a sprawling landscape of lush tropical plants and vegetation which can be enjoyed from the outdoor hammocks just outside the office space.

The spiral staircase leads up to a large open-concept living area and kitchen with a contemporary design and ample seating for guests at the formal dining table or eat-in bar. Sliding doors transition seamlessly to an enormous pool deck with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. The jetted Jacuzzi pool is ideal for relaxing after a long day on the beach or exploring Grace Bay. Just off the living space is an additional bathroom with a washing machine and shower for guest use.
