This seamlessly extends into a private 40ft x 10ft infinity pool—one of the largest in the area—blending beautifully with the lush tropical flora.

The villa hosts three opulently designed bedrooms and four state-of-the-art bathrooms. The master bedroom offers direct access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the tranquil views at your leisure.

The gourmet kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts, while the expansive outdoor area, complete with a BBQ grill, dining for eight, and an indoor/outdoor sound system, invites guests to savor al fresco dining under the stars. The rooftop space provides sweeping ocean views and ample seating, ideal for evening gatherings or quiet reflection.

**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.


Notes:

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.

• A $375 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week (*applicable to 7-day stays only).

• Electricity is metered to discourage a/c use with the windows open. There is an allowance of 500kw for electricity. The excess will be billed to the guest at the actual cost. The a/c will not function if the doors are open.
