We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very spacious and clean. You can walk or take a convenient golf cart ride to the beach. Beautiful pool right outside the door. Management company was very responsive. Plus, just around the corner from Thursdays weekly Fish Fry. Thanks for a great stay!

Best vacation ever! It was the little things that made this property the perfect fit for our trip. The easy access to the beach (golf card rides). We could have walked it if necessary, but we also had a car and parking was easy and close. The amount of space we had for 6 was great. The extras of snorkeling gear and cooler came in really handy. Great condo and great host!

Everything was very well appointed and clean. The only small glitch was a cheap corkscrew and no plastic cups(for poolside) which were addressed immediately by a very friendly and accommodating Neko.

The property is fully equipped with all you need. Linens, kitchen appliances and utensils. There’s really nothing to want for but food and beverage of your choice. The pool is footsteps away from your front door and the beach a quick golf cart ride away. You are fairly close to shops and grocery stores, you can grab a cab or make the 15-18 minute walk yourself. Thursday fish fry is right around the corner as is Mr Groupers restaurant. Our group of 4 was very comfortable and pleased with the team at seascape as well as the property itself.

We were able to book this property on short notice after an issue with a property elsewhere on the island. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The townhouse is clean, spacious, and really felt like our home away from home. There were many great features that we didn’t fully take advantage of because of the short stay, but we definitely tried the pool right outside the home. It certainly was a nice change of pace after spending the entire day at Grace Bay, which was only a 10 minute walk away. We were also able to participate in the Fish Fry and eat at Mr. Grouper’s; both were essentially around the corner. We should’ve stayed here to begin with—we’ll definitely book again when we come back next year.
