Our listing does clearly state that the home does not have air conditioning, as this is common for many homes in the Flagstaff area due to typically mild weather conditions. We were recently at the property and did not observe the issues mentioned, though we will be revisiting the home shortly to take another look and ensure everything is in proper condition. Our cleaning team focuses on the interior of the home, and as this is a wilderness retreat, some outdoor elements and wildlife activity may occur naturally. Additionally, there are exterior cameras positioned around the property for security purposes only, all facing away from the home, and there are no cameras inside the house.
