Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt

Das historische renovierte Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten zu Dutzenden von Restaurants und Bars sowie Retail Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Waschküche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Zähler sind aus Granit mit massivem Ahorn Schränke. Der Vorgarten ist mit einem netten kundenspezifischen Zaun, der einen fließenden Fluss ähnelt, mit einem Tisch und Stühlen für die Aufnahme in das Wesen der Stadt eingezäunt. Der Hinterhof hat eine sechs Fuß Zeder Zaun, der viel Privatsphäre für den Landschaftsgarten schafft. Ein großer Whirlpool sitzt in der Ecke und es gibt einen großen Pflasterfläche in der Rückseite und einen kleinen Patch von Gras. Es gibt auch einen Garten mit frischem Gemüse und schönen Blumen. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 1915 als Teil der ursprünglichen Stadt Website gebaut.

Mandi was a great host! This location was perfect for the Sedona Canyon/Cocodona finishers. The back space was beautiful, perfect for star gazing.

We loved this property! It was even better than expected. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front yard and porch, as well as the backyard and hot tub were wonderful. I don't think the photos do the property justice. The neighborhood is cute and close to a lot of fun places.

Great location sandwiched between downtown and Thorpe park. Kitchen had everything needed including a pizza cutter. Hot tub was one of the better ones I have been in with great jet pressure.

We really enjoyed this house on our recent trip to Flagstaff. We travel to Flagstaff quite often and prefer to stay downtown, so we can easily walk to restaurants, parks and stores. It is really close to the observatory as well. This house is prefect for our family and is very dog friendly. The house was very clean throughout. The kitchen was spacious and open to the living and dining areas. We really liked the layout. Only slight disappointed was the weather, as we were hoping for snow in March. This house would ideal for playing in the snow with the spacious backyard.
