Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The view is what makes this property…it is phenomenal from both inside the house and outside on the extensive deck and staircase down to the beach. Unfortunately, when we arrived the windows were extremely dirty, and when we contacted the property management office to request cleaning, we were told that this was part of the deep clean, and not done prior to each check-in. Since it was weather in which some of us spent most of the time indoors, we opted to clean all of the main windows facing the ocean ourselves. For the price of this property, we feel this should be done prior to guests checking in.The house itself is on three levels, which allows a lot of room and privacy. There is access to an oceanview and the outdoors on each level, which is a nice feature, however the lower level has no bathroom, which is a huge inconvenience. The staircase down to the ocean was very sturdy and well-designed for viewing and resting along the long trek down. It was mostly unobstructed, except for a few areas where foliage was growing through the stairs, and there were a couple broken steps. Also, in order to get to the beach, one has to climb over an area of large rocks…so not accessible to anyone who isn’t physically fit.All in all, however, we had a wonderful time, and enjoyed our stay.
