The living area features a flat screen Smart TV, cozy couches and fireplace. Step out on the deck to the large hot tub for relaxing after a day of beachcombing. Two cozy bedrooms allow for privacy each with their own baths – one with king bed and flat screen TV. A fully equipped queen sleeper sofa adds another bed, if needed.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.
