This beautiful Gulf Place three bedroom, two bath condo has been completely updated with nothing that wasn't touched. From the flooring to the Crown Molding you will find everything professionally and tastefully remodelled with beach touches and nautical themes. Gulf Place is situated in the heart of Holmes Beach and directly on the Gulf of Mexico and some of Anna Maria Islands finest beaches. Walk a short distance or walk the entire 7.5 mile island right from your back door.


Step inside to find an open and bright living and dining room combo and a lovely, well appointed kitchen with a pass through bar to the dining area. The dining table will seat six comfortably with the bar off the kitchen seats three. The Kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All new cabinetry including a built in pantry. There is also a butcherblock, moveable island to help you while cooking your favorite meals.

Off the living room/dining room area you will find a spacious open-air balcony that over looks the pool and beach. There is ample seating for quiet thoughts over morning coffee or watching the evening sunset with your loved ones.

The Master en Suite has a king size bed with a king size TV to go along with it. The en Suite has a separate sink area from the shower and two spacious closets. Guest bedroom one has a queeen size bed and guest bedroom two has twins and a lovely flamingo decor.

The laundry room has new full size washer and dryer. There is also a utility closet with beach noodles, umbrella and small cooler. Beach chairs will be stored down stairs so you won't have to lug them upstairs.

** This unit has an electric grill on the balcony. Guests are welcome to use the grill but are responsible for cleaning it after each use. There will be an additional fee if the grill is left dirty after your stay **

Gulf Place is also close to shopping, the Beach Bistro and if waking is not part of your vacation, you can hop on the free Trolley or Monkey Bus (tips only) for a quick trip to your destination.

Maximum occupancy (by Association) is six people. This includes babies and small children. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

On site amenities include a large swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges and a tennis court for all ages and skill levels. There is an onsite manager that will help you register for a game.

$150.00 application fee is required on all rentals. You will have one assigned spot and you will be given a parking pass the day of or day after your arrival. No more than two vehicles per rental. If you bring more than one car or rent a golf cart you will need to park in the guest parking or other designated area.
