Get ready for a relaxing beach getaway at Gulf Place 18! This three bedroom, two bath condo is a perfect choice when visiting Anna Maria Island.

Once inside the spacious condo, you will see the beautifully decorated living room/dining room combo as well as the open concept kitchen. Relax and enjoy the large SMART TV on comfortable furnishings. You can sit 6 comfortably at the dining room table and four at the bar. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and items you need to prepare your meals and snacks. There is also a desk to be used as a workspace if needed,

Just off the living room is the balcony overlooking the heated community pool and the beautiful Gulf Beaches of Anna Maria Island. You can relax on the patio chairs and enjoy the sunset or hear the waves come on shore.

Back inside, the primary bedroom sleeps two comfortably in a King Bed. There is plenty of space for your items with two dressers and a large closet. The En Suite bath offers a large walk-in shower and a two-sink vanity.

The second bedroom has a Full Bed while the third bedroom has two sets of Twin Bunk Beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

When you are ready to head back outside, there is a large, heated pool with a deck and chairs right on the Gulf of Mexico as well as a deck with lounge chairs overlooking the beach. The property also has a tennis and pickleball court for use by guests. Off-property, enjoy exploring the Island on the free Island Trolley. Shopping, dining, watersports, and adventures await just minutes away.

One of the reasons Gulf Place is such a treasure is that the on-site management is tasked with ensuring occupancy limits are observed, and they do a very thorough job! Six people is the maximum occupancy for each unit and this is strictly enforced. But if you're traveling with more than six people, don't despair! We are privileged to manage several more beautiful units in Gulf Place.

3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.
