You were indeed the first guests to enjoy the property following its renovation, and while we strive to ensure a seamless experience, there were clearly some unforeseen issues that arose. Here’s how we plan to address the concerns you raised: - **Front Door Lock:** We are arranging for immediate inspection and repair of the front door lock to ensure it operates smoothly. - **Stove Compatibility:** We were unaware the pans were incompatible with the new stove. We delivered two brand new frying pans within 24 hours of you reporting this. - **Master Bathroom Shower:** The flooding issue will be addressed with a review of the shower setup and, if necessary, adjustments to the design. - **Towels:** We apologize for the inconvenience caused by not having additional towels available in the property. We did provide these to you immediately upon request. - **Washer/Dryer:** The new appliance will be reviewed for functionality, and clearer usage instructions will be provided for guests moving forward. - **Television:** We are addressing the technical issue with the TV to ensure optimal performance.
