The Space

The spacious open-plan living area leads onto wraparound undercover decks that open out to spectacular 180-degree views overlooking Sunshine Beach and the Noosa National Park. The entire home is exquisitely furnished with authentic Asian antiques.

Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 generously sized bedrooms, this home is perfect for a beachside getaway. Each bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV and all open out to the undercover deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.

The generous master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a private balcony with ocean views and a private ensuite complete with a large walk-in shower with a bench seat, double vanities and lovely limewashed floors.

The second bedroom features 2 comfortable double beds, and an ensuite complete with a shower, vanity and toilet. There are 2 king-size beds in the spacious third bedroom, which can be made into a king bed upon request. Next to the 3rd bedroom is the main bathroom, with toilet, vanity, shower and front loader washer and dryer.

In addition to these bedrooms, there is also a beautiful double-sized daybed in the living room, which can be used for extra bedding. This area is adjacent to the powder room with a vanity and toilet and leads to a tropical hot outdoor shower area.

The fully-equipped kitchen is an entertainer's delight equipped with an array of modern appliances. Take in the beautiful ocean views while you pour an evening drink or arrange your favourite cheese platter. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and is perched above the sunken lounge room. The lounge room also has spectacular ocean views and features a large flat-screen TV and comfortable leather seating.
