The living room is well appointed with a plush lounge, 65 inch smart TV and dining area.
It opens up on two sides to the generous patio featuring a comfortable lounge setting that is perfect for your family to gather around, as well as a generous 8 seater timber dining table and BBQ. You can also access the new, 6 x 4 mtr pool located at the back of the house from the patio.

A Queen bedroom, complete with private terrace, TV and direct access to the brand new pool, as well as the main bathroom, kitchen and laundry are all located on this level.

The master suite on the top floor includes a walk in robe plus en-suite and TV. It opens onto a large semi-covered balcony, the perfect place to watch the stars from the comfortable lounge chairs in the evening. The third bedroom with two single beds, TV and balcony is also located on the top floor.

Cleaning: Please note the property is professionally cleaned between bookings. The towels and bed linen are professionally laundered, and consumables like hand wash, bathroom amenities and dishwashing liquid are provided.
