The Space:

MAIN HOME + CASITAS: This spacious, waterfront property features a single-level main house, 2 charming casitas, an entertainment barn and pickle ball court! Whether you're hosting a family reunion, or a weekend getaway, our Lakeside Retreat is the ideal venue for gatherings!



The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as 2 detached casitas, each having a full bedroom and full bathroom. The open concept living area and kitchen are perfectly suited for groups of multi-generational families. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Curl up on the living room couch with a good book or watch your favorite movie on the 58" LED flat screen TV.



The main home houses the Primary bedroom, Guest Bedroom 1, and Guest Bedroom 2. Casita 1 houses a King bed + futon. Casita 2 houses two Twin over Twin bunk beds and has a window AC and Portable heater. 2 washer and 2 dryers are available for guest use.



ENTERTAINMENT BARN: The entertainment barn and sports / pickleball court is located in a large gated lot across the street and a few steps away from the main house. Please note: there are no street lights so we recommend bringing a flashlight for this short walk! The barn is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat that houses 8 additional guests and has 2 living areas which offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.  Enjoy movie nights, cozy up with a good book in one of the comfortable lounges or challenge friends or family to a game on the pool table, a perfect centerpiece for entertainment!  The pool table also doubles as the dining table and is located next to the full-sized kitchen space, a chef's dream!



Each of the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.  Bedroom 6 offers a Queen bed, Bedroom 7 has 2 Queen Beds and Bedroom 8 sleeps 4 guests in the two twin bunk beds.



Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this charming space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Out the patio door of the main house, is a sprawling deck with a dining table for 6 and lounge seating. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy your favorite meal while you take in the gorgeous views of the lake or relax on the second story of the boat dock* for ultimate views! Our beautiful home is located in one of the best parts of Lake LBJ with deep water access so you can enjoy swimming right off the dock!



For sports enthusiasts, our private pickle ball/basketball court is ready for friendly matches under the sun!



*The dock’s boat lift has a ‘V’ cradle that can accommodate up to a 25 foot boat (weighing up to 5,500 pounds). There are also 2 jet ski lifts.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS



1) While this home accommodates up to 22 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $40 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 22 total guests) to confirm your booking.



2) We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



3) Outdoor spaces can be utilized from 7AM to 11 PM



4) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.



5) PET POLICY: Dogs (2 max) are allowed at this property. $150 non-refundable fee per pet and a signed rental agreement with dog information. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted.
