Brand new Hot Tub ready for you to relax on a large patio with bar and dining table to play games or have dinner watching the sunset. With a boat dock available, you have the option to bring your boat or we can provide references for boat rentals. The expansive upper deck of the dock is a haven for relaxation and spending quality time with your loved ones. Imagine unwinding, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the scenic surroundings.

Nestled on 100 feet of lakefront property, there's ample space for outdoor activities. Challenge your friends and family to a game of cornhole, football, or any other favorite pastime. And don't worry about the cooking arrangements – a propane BBQ is provided, with propane included, ensuring that you can savor mouthwatering grilled delights at your leisure. Picture yourself sinking into the embrace of a classic Adirondack chair, gazing out over the lake, and feeling a sense of tranquility wash over you. These chairs are strategically placed throughout the property, providing cozy spots for quiet contemplation or engaging conversations with loved ones. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of the dock/boat lift specifically designed for a 24' boat. You can easily access the water and embark on thrilling adventures, exploring the vast beauty of Lake LBJ. And don't forget to enjoy the Lily Pad available for use during your stay. Please remember to secure it after use to ensure it remains safely in place.
