Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the entire home including the boat dock, one boat lift, dual jet ski lifts and garage. Guests also have access to the neighborhood boat ramp. The boats featured in the photos are not included in the rental of this home.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants and wineries. There are several local attractions near here such as Inks Lake State Park, Spider Mountain, and Longhorn Caverns.



Getting Around:

There is not public transportation available in the area. Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

There are external security cameras at this home.



The pool can be heated for an additional fee with 24 hours' notice. Please reach out to inquire about pool heating options.



This home is very close to the water, so you will want to keep that in mind if you have young children.



Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.



This home is not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies to pet dander. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.



Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
