This Accessible - 2 Bedroom Oceanview offers all the same amenities as the 2 Bedroom Oceanview North with accessible features that follow ADA standards, which includes a Transfer-entry shower, grab bars, lowered beds, and a lowered kitchen countertop. This 1,592 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, premium wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area, washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for four or at the outdoor table with seats for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor living room to enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean with family or friends. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on either the L-shaped sofa or chair to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom has a king bed, 50" 4k flat screen television, and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. - You’re welcome to check-in any time at the Front Desk after 4:00 pm. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm
- Covered garage and uncovered parking options are available for registered guests $24 plus tax per night. One vehicle per room. Visitor parking or additional vehicle parking is also available for $24 plus tax per night in our overflow parking lot across the street.
